At Quest, our focus first and foremost is bringing Jesus to the world by devoting our time, talents and gifts to the needs of our community. Our pastoral staff does not receive monetary compensation for their dedication to this ministry. Not being able to survive without the tithes of members, Quest puts the money brought in toward the "must haves" that accompany renting a meeting space and the rest goes toward outreach and bridge events. On top of the continuous monthly outreach efforts Quest participates in, 10% of all money brought in is donated at the end of each year to the direct needs of the community.
