Save the Date for our next Mission Trip

Help is desperately needed in middle Tennessee to help repair homes for victims of the floods from 2009. The disaster assistance organizations tell us that there is great need for groups to help with installing sheet rock. So, our primary work will be as a sheet-rock crew; however, lots of other assistance is needed: logistical support (prepare meals, run errands, etc), child-care for volunteers working, cooks, office assistance for disaster coordinators.
We will be working in the Nashville area and staying in a church or trailers at a site specifically set up for volunteer workers. Departure is on Sunday, May 8 with return on Saturday, May 14. This gives us five days to work. We will also have opportunity to explore Nashville.
No experience is required. We will provide training. This event is open to all interested persons regardless of religious affiliation.
